Idle Dictator: Marshal Vorlan · Version 3 · October 7, 2026
This policy explains what the game Idle Dictator: Marshal Vorlan (the Android app) keeps on your device, what it copies to your Google Play Games account, what it sends only if you agree, what it needs to process your purchases and to show the ads you choose to watch, and what it never collects.
Who is responsible
Racoon Technologies SL, Spain, is the data controller. For any question or request about your data, write to racoontechnologies@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
Your saved game, your settings (including your answer about usage data) and a copy of your purchases are stored on your device, in the app's storage. Your saved game is also copied to your own Google Play Games account, unless you turn that off: see “Cloud save” below. The game has no accounts of its own and we run no server of our own: we never receive your saved game.
Cloud save
So that you can get your game back if you reinstall it or change phone, the app keeps a copy of your saved game in the saved games of your Google Play Games account. It works on its own: when the game opens, Google Play Games signs you in if your profile allows it (Google shows a short notice), and the game uploads your progress when you leave it and every few minutes while you play. If you are not signed in, nothing is uploaded until you tap Sign in in MORE › Cloud save.
The copy contains your saved game (your progress in this game, as stored on your device), a random identifier of this installation of the app, used only to tell your devices apart, a short description (your current country and number of conquests) and your play time. To show who is signed in, the game reads your Play Games player name on your device; it does not send it anywhere. Google keeps the copy in your Play Games account under its own privacy policy; we cannot see it or access it from outside the game. Google Play Games may also collect data about how its service is used, as that policy explains.
You can turn the cloud save off at any time in MORE › Cloud save: the game stops reading and uploading it and, from the next launch, does not start Google Play Games. Turning it off does not delete the copy: you can delete it, with the rest of this game's Play Games data, from your Google Play Games settings. Because it only keeps your own game in your own account, it does not depend on the “Usage data & crash reports” switch.
What we collect only if you allow it
When the game starts, it asks whether you want to share usage data and crash reports. Nothing is sent until you tap Allow. If you do, we use Google Firebase to collect:
- Firebase Analytics: gameplay events (such as your progress, purchases, ad views and errors), a pseudonymous installation identifier, your device model and operating system, your language, and your approximate country. Google derives the country from your IP address and does not store the IP address.
- Firebase Crashlytics: when the app crashes, a crash report with the state of the device at that moment and the last events before the crash.
We use this to balance the game and fix bugs. The legal basis is your consent.
What we never collect
Your name, email address, contacts or precise location; your card or payment details (Google Play handles those); or anything to track you across other apps and websites. The ads are served by Google, under its own choices: see “Purchases and ads” below.
Who else processes the data
Google (Firebase) processes the usage data and crash reports on our behalf as a data processor. See Privacy and Security in Firebase. Google may transfer data outside the European Union, under its safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) processes your purchases on our behalf. See RevenueCat's privacy policy, which also describes the safeguards it applies to transfers outside the European Union.
Google (AdMob) serves the rewarded ads you choose to watch, as an independent controller of the data it collects for that: see “Purchases and ads” below.
Google (Google Play Games) keeps the cloud copy of your saved game in your Play Games account, under its own privacy policy: see “Cloud save” above.
How long it is kept
- Event-level analytics data: 2 months (the Google Analytics default). Aggregated reports, which do not identify anyone, may be kept longer.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
- Purchase records at RevenueCat: for as long as they are needed to validate and restore your purchases, as its privacy policy explains.
- Data Google collects to serve and measure ads: as Google's privacy policy explains.
- The cloud copy of your saved game: in your Google Play Games account until you delete it there (turning the cloud save off does not delete it).
Your rights
- You can withdraw your consent at any time in MORE › Privacy, with the “Usage data & crash reports” switch. Analytics stops immediately and crash reports from the next launch.
- Where Google requires it, you can change your choices about ads at any time in MORE › Privacy › Ad privacy choices.
- You can turn the cloud save off at any time in MORE › Cloud save, and delete its copy from your Google Play Games settings.
- You can ask for access to your data, its deletion and your other rights under the GDPR by writing to racoontechnologies@gmail.com. The data is pseudonymous, so we may not be able to identify which data is yours.
- You can file a complaint with a data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Purchases and ads
Purchases. In the Android app you can buy upgrades through Google Play, which handles the payment: we never see or store your card or payment details. To confirm each purchase, and to restore it if you reinstall the game or change phone, the app uses RevenueCat. It receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app (not your name or email), your purchase history for this game, and the information your device sends whenever it connects to it, such as the device model, operating system, language and IP address. It is used only to validate and restore your purchases. Because the app cannot sell you anything without it, it does not depend on the “Usage data & crash reports” switch.
Ads. The app shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob only if you decide to watch one (to double what the State collected while you were away); it never shows an ad you did not ask for. To serve and measure the ad, Google may use your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and data about how you interact with the ad. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google asks for its own consent before any ad is requested: without it, no ads are shown, or only non-personalized ones, depending on what you choose. This choice is separate from the “Usage data & crash reports” switch. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. If you buy Remove Ads Forever, the app does not start Google's ads service and does not ask about ads.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a significant way, its version number goes up and the game asks for your consent again.
