Rule the tiny nation of Kazaria as Marshal Vorlan. Build absurd institutions, appoint a cabinet, sign decrees and conquer the continent in this satirical idle clicker for Android.

  1. The Economy tab: the Marshal’s portrait and the treasury at the top, a five-year plan goal, and the first institutions, from Tax Collection to the National Victory Lottery, each with its level and an upgrade button.
    01 Tax Collection, a souvenir shop, a goat farm, a lottery. Tap, invest, repeat.
  2. The Cabinet tab: a list of ministers on duty, each with their institution and a line in quotes.
    02 Hire a minister and the institution runs itself, even while you are away.
  3. The Decrees tab: decrees such as the Mandatory Tipping Act and Goats Are Citizens Too, each with an Issue button and its price.
    03 Sign decrees. Goats are citizens too.
  4. The Continent tab: a map of seven countries joined by lines, with Kazaria and Ulvak already conquered, and the card of Tormenia, the current territory.
