Privacy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy covers this website, racoondev.com, not our games: each one has its own. See the privacy policies of Idle Dictator and Alignment Drift.

Who is responsible

Racoon Technologies SL (tax ID B42939090) is the data controller. You can write to us with the contact form or at contact@racoondev.com. The registered address is in the legal notice.

What data this website collects

Only what you send us with the contact form, and only when you send it (see If you write to us). Apart from that, this website has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, it does not use cookies, and it loads nothing from third parties. Form 07-B on the home page, the one that asks for our name, is a joke: it does not send anything anywhere.

The home page is a small game. To remember your score while you browse, it keeps a list of the things you have found, and a few details of the game itself (your level, what you have stamped, your best time and how many times you started again), in your browser's session storage. That list stays on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. It is only used to make the game you are playing work, which is why there is no cookie banner. The same script also sends the contact form on the home page when you press Send, so you don't have to leave the page.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you ask for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website online and secure (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you write to us

The same applies whether you use the contact form or send us an email.

• What we get: your email address, your message, the topic you chose and, if you give it, your name.
• What for: only to reply to you. If you ask us to tell you when a game is out, we write to you once when it is, and then delete your address.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering whoever writes to us (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
• Who handles it: Cloudflare receives the form and delivers it to us as an email. Our inbox is Gmail (Google).
• How long we keep it: for as long as the conversation needs, and for any longer period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, and for its rectification, erasure or portability. You can also object to its processing or ask us to restrict it. Use the contact form (topic “Privacy or my data”) or write to contact@racoondev.com.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Our games

Each game has its own privacy policy, because it works differently from this website. That includes games played at their own address, such as Alignment Drift at alignment-drift.racoondev.com: this policy does not cover them. Idle Dictator: privacy policy. Alignment Drift: privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
