These terms apply to the game Alignment Drift, in Telegram (as a Mini App) or in a browser (alignment-drift.racoondev.com). The game is made by Racoon Technologies SL, tax ID (NIF) B42939090 (full details in the legal notice; email: contact@racoondev.com). By playing it you accept these terms. They are in addition to Telegram's Terms of Service, which also apply when you play inside Telegram. Alignment Drift is a third-party Mini App: Racoon Technologies SL, not Telegram, is responsible for it.
The game
Alignment Drift is an idle game. You can play all of it without paying. It may offer optional extras for Telegram Stars, and some rewards can be earned by watching an optional ad. We may change, balance, add or remove content, and we may stop offering the game, with reasonable notice when it affects something you bought.
The game is fiction. Its AI, its companies and its events are invented, and nothing in it is advice of any kind.
Who can play
You need to meet the minimum age that Telegram requires to use its service. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
Your progress
The game has no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device and, inside Telegram, in your Telegram account's cloud (see the privacy policy); when you open the game, the most recent copy is used. If you delete the app's or browser's data, or delete your game in Settings, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it because we never receive it.
Purchases with Telegram Stars
- What you buy is a digital item or benefit for use inside the game only. It has no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player.
- Before you pay, you see the item and its price in Stars, and you are asked to accept these terms. The payment is processed by Telegram under its own terms.
- Items are delivered right after the payment. That is why, when you confirm a purchase, you are asked to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once the item is delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We send you a confirmation of the purchase in the bot's chat.
- If something you paid for is not delivered, or does not work because of an error on our side, write to us (see "Support and refunds"): we will deliver it or refund the Stars.
Ads
Ads are optional and shown only when you ask for one in exchange for a reward; to get the reward, you need to watch it to the end. They are served by AdsGram. We are not responsible for their content, but you can tell us about an ad that seems inappropriate.
Fair play
Do not use cheats, bots, exploits or modified versions of the game to obtain items or rewards you have not earned, and do not try to disrupt the game or other players. We may remove anything obtained that way.
Intellectual property
The game, its texts, art, music and code belong to Racoon Technologies SL. You may play it for your own personal use and share screenshots and videos of it, but you may not copy, distribute or resell the game or its content.
Liability
We work to keep the game available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it always will be. To the extent the law allows, Racoon Technologies SL is not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of progress. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Support and refunds
For help with the game or with a purchase, write to contact@racoondev.com. Tell us what happened and, for purchases, the date and the item. Telegram's support cannot help with purchases made in the game.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a significant way, their version number goes up and we let you know in the game. Purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you made them.
Languages and applicable law
These terms are available in English and Spanish, and both versions are equally valid. They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts the law gives you.
